Ticket purchases and guestlist bookings are handled by the relevant promoter, venue or booking provider. Their privacy information explains how they process information collected during those bookings. Signing up through our website does not itself constitute a ticket purchase or guestlist booking.

Where you opt in through the Tofte Manor form, we use your information to send emails about Pikes Presents at Tofte Manor.
As explained beside the sign-up form, we securely share your name and email address with Labyrinth Events Ltd, the event promoter and venue operator, so it can also send you emails about that event. Our legal basis for these communications and sharing is your consent. Labyrinth Events Ltd also relies on the consent given through the form for its event-specific emails. Our agreement restricts Labyrinth's use of this sign-up information to the relevant Pikes Presents event. It does not authorise subscription to Labyrinth's wider marketing. Where you opt in through the 528 Ibiza form, we use your information to send emails about Pikes Presents at 528 Ibiza.
As explained beside the sign-up form, we securely share your name and email address with Forked UP SL, trading as 528 Ibiza, so it can also send you emails about that event. Your sign-up choices
An event-specific sign-up does not automatically subscribe you to the general Pikes Presents mailing list. Each sign-up is used within the scope explained when you consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact reservations@pikesibiza.com. You can withdraw consent to our event-specific sharing by contacting us. We will stop further consent-based sharing and notify the relevant partner where required. You can also unsubscribe directly from the partner's emails. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. You can object to direct marketing and related profiling at any time.

Requests are normally free and answered within one month. If a permitted extension is necessary, we will explain it within that month.
